We hope that you are entirely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you have a change of heart, we understand. Here is our Returns Policy to ensure your peace of mind:

You can return any unused item within 28 days of your original purchase date for a refund, so long as it is unopened, unused, in a saleable condition, and the seals remain intact. 

To complete your return, please contact uk@davidwolfe.com stating your order number and the reason for your return. Once received, we will provide further details of where to send your return.

When your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 2 - 5 days. This may take up to 10 days to show on your account.

Please be aware that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. You should consider using a reliable trackable shipping service to ensure we receive your return.
